week 2 D2

1  Entropy and equifinality impact small groups in different ways. Entropy has to do with chaos, and disorganization. Groups can tend to lose focus and be stagnate.  If everyone in a group does their own thing and not talk to one another it can create unneeded problems. It can cause a group to get off track and not perform to the best of their ability.  Equifunality is the balance to a group. There can be more than one way to get something done and everyone needs to put their ideas in to help the group come up with the best way possible to achieve what they need to.  Entropy and equifunality both need to be balanced in order to work together.  It can be hard for a group to come together to share ideas and that is what is needed. When entropy and equifinality are balanced then the group is able to learn better and share ideas with each other and work together like a group should.
